Welcome to the sixth edition of Jade Journeys' signature day retreat.
An intimate, tech-free gathering for up to seven people — designed as a full reset for the mind, body and inner life.

Over the course of the day we'll move through slow flow yoga, breathwork, yin yoga, meditation, philosophy and reflection. Each element builds on the last, creating space to arrive fully and go inward.

No prior experience needed. These retreats are designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This edition will also include new teachings from my recent time in Sri Lanka.
