About
Natalie Wild
Founder of Jade Journeys
Over six years ago, I discovered yoga at a retreat in Bali. I connected deeply with this practice. What I found on the mat changed not just my sense of self but the entire direction of my life.
Since then, I’ve trained in India and Costa Rica, immersing in over 500 hours of study. Yet the deeper transformation has come through lived experience — through the rhythm of daily practice, time spent in the jungles of Costa Rica, slow life in Bali, being immersed in Brazil’s eclectic energy & finding balance through Ayurvedic practices in Sri Lanka.
These places, and the philosophies and people I encountered, continue to weave into the fabric of my life and work.
Jade Journeys was born from this tapestry — an offering at the intersection of art, philosophy, and holistic health. A space to share knowledge, practices, and honour the subtle but powerful shifts that arise when we turn inward.

My background
My roots span both business and the creative world — I studied at the Stockholm School of Economics and worked in finance and as an early employee at a beauty startup.
What began as a personal exploration of yoga gradually unfolded into a calling. A transformative month of training in India deepened this path, and soon after I moved back to Costa Rica.
The raw, wild beauty and the simple, abundant life in nature continues to nourish and inspire me.
From there, I began teaching in intimate settings, and over time Jade Journeys evolved — into retreats, digital offerings, and a platform for women worldwide.
For me, yoga is an art, philosophy, science, and technology.
It is a way of living with more clarity, gratitude and connection to self.
Whether through practice, conversation, or gathering, my intention is the same: to share the teachings that have shaped me, and to offer spaces where others may discover their own path inward.
