With Jade Journeys, I am creating a platform to share my insights from practicing and educating myself within yoga, spirituality & holistic health >5 years
I’ve explored many different cultures and ways of life the past years, spending time in Bali, Brazil, Costa Rica and India… The only constant has been practicing and deepening my understanding of yoga with skilled teachers in all corners of the world… I have come to realise that we can completely shift our inner energy through lifestyle interventions… and that food, movement and nature is our medicine.
On my Youtube channel, I am sharing my reflections and what I’ve learnt and women from around the world are joining to contribute with their stories & knowledge.
I’m also creating retreats where you can connect closer to yourself and take a time out from the external noise.
